fmw: sitting on my fav morning bench, about a half hour before work starts. (i do this daily.) my toes point toward the brooklyn bridge (left) and if i swivel my neck around, i can peek at the looming manhattan bridge -- with my ears plugged; subways above (right).

fmw: took a long walk around wacky, twisty streets to try my first famous blue sky bakery "triple berry bran muffin" with my first -- ever -- coffee. eep! teehee. (i realize I sound like I'm from another planet with the later half of that sentence, but with all frankness, hot chocolate has always won before today!)
for the record: BEST MUFFIN! HANDS DOWN! :D
(and the coffee was quite tasty, too)
